Dream Team To be part of the Dream Team simply means you are actively serving in one of the many ministries offered at the Living Word Church. It is our desire to help you be all that God intends for you to be. Our Mission is Love God, Love People and Reach the World. The REACH THE WORLD part is where the Dream Team comes alive at Living Word Church. For the ministry opportunities within our church, we desire to serve one another to make this a dynamic place to experience God and feel the love of other believers. People need a place to belong and so those of you who choose to serve here will help make that a reality. Of equal importance is the impact we want to make for Jesus Christ throughout the entire Miami Valley. Scripture tells us to not only be hearers of the Word but doers also (James 1:22) and that pure and undefiled religion is caring for widows and orphans (James 1:27). The challenges many people in our society face are daunting and can best be addressed by someone like you who is filled with the fullness of God to be merciful and compassionate. People desperately need to know that there is a God who loves them and cares for them. Who better to deliver that message in word and deed than you? Dream Team Night Our Dream Team Night will consist of new volunteers connecting with a ministry leader.  During this time, leaders may conduct interviews, review training requirements of the position, and discuss the scheduling process for team members.
